It was delightful as always, but I was asked by the tech that came to my car if I had an appointment, I wasn't aware that appointments were needed on saturdays as I have always gone early on saturdays to have my oil changed, I am glad that they let me get my car serviced anyway even if I didn't have an appointment, but next time I will make an appointment or go during the week early in the morning before I go to work.
It was good the people were great you sure went out of their way you make me feel like I was special and I was the only one that buying a car where's my second vehicle at about from Young Chevrolet my first one what's a 2002 Chevy Silverado I'm still driving it has 335 thousand miles on it and she still as runs just as good as she did when I first got her and I'm looking forward to the Chevy Trax lasting as long you just can't beat a Chevy
I have taken my car multiple times telling them the issues with the car and they have just ignored it. They previously said if there is no error code we cannot troubleshoot the issue. The car does not respond sometimes to acceleration and if I need to turn left on intersection I have to make sure it’s completely clear because I don’t trust it.
