Staff was friendly but when I got my car back it was half washed and all of my settings were different, the drivers seat wasn’t adjusted so that I could get in the car. After all of that, no one said thank you
Oil change took hour and a half and was so pack and told the guy it may need the AC cabin filter and mark my glove department and was not check nor air filter check. Have 32000 miles on my SUV and still have the same filter when buy the car. When i turn AC on have a bad odor smell. Just saying . Thank u
I am a little upset that this location would not honor a coupon for services. I informed the attendant that I had a coupon from another dealership while signing my paper for services and he never asked to see it but rather have approval. During checkout the cashier called and after waiting for a while they advised they wouldn’t honor it. No real explanation provided.
